ABOUT ALLEN ESTATES HOA

The HOA is responsible for the physical condition of the two entrance walls, the white fence along the walking trail, and the landscaping at the base of the wall as well as the trees in the entrance island. The grass, trees, picnic tables, parking lot and sidewalk are the Liberty Township Park Divisions responsibility.

The HOA collects assessments to cover the upkeep of the landscaping and to establish a reserve fund for projected maintenance, community events, utility expenses and proposed projects.

The board exists to protect, preserve and enhance the security and property values of Allen Estates.

The board has been elected by the owners to make decisions and act in the way it believes to be in the best interest of the entire neighborhood.
