The Area
Liberty Township is located in the east-central portion of Butler County and is part of the fast-growing Cincinnati-Dayton region with 37,000+ residents. Cincinnati is 20 miles to the south and Dayton is 25 miles to the north. All types of homes are available including starter-priced homes as well as mid-sized and larger homes. One can find single-family homes as well as condominiums in Liberty Township. From older homes to newly built residences and communities, Liberty Township has it all.

Shopping
Liberty Center is a premier shopping and dining destination located on 64 acres with over 60 shops, restaurants and entertainment including a 200,000 square foot Dillard’s and anchor tenant Dick’s Sporting Goods. It is located at the junction of Liberty Way Interchange at I-75 and I-129. Across the street from Liberty Center, Cabela’s has opened its second Ohio location. The 80,000 square foot retail showroom is geared toward sporting and hunting enthusiasts. For those who enjoy outlet-style shopping, the Cincinnati Premium Outlet is just a short 10-minute drive north in Monroe. Liberty Township is located within 15 minutes of several shopping centers. Nearby Mason and West Chester offer a variety of retail shopping, including the Streets of West Chester and Union Center and Deerfield Center in Mason. Nearby Fairfield Township has Bridgewater Falls with many national brand stores. Springdale's Tri-County Mall contains over 100 specialty shops and eateries. Kenwood Towne Centre is a 15-minutes drive and offers Nordstrom, Macy's and Dillard's along with over 100 nationally known shops.
Recreation
There are two public golf courses near Liberty Township: Green Crest and Pleasant Hill. The township has a YMCA and a youth sports league. Parks include Allen Park, Cherokee Park, Dudley Park, Dudley Memorial Woods, Liberty Park, the Reserves of Liberty, Fort Liberty Playland, Maud Hughes Incline, Mill Creek Preserve, Wilhelmina and the Wetlands Park. They offer hiking and biking trails, fishing, playgrounds and picnic shelters. Kings Island is a 10-minute drive and offers all kinds of amusement park fun.
